What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 100 units per style for synthetic materials (PU) and 50 units per style for Genuine Leather collections. Small-batch support is available for emerging designer brands.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, Christori is a full-service factory. We provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) from your specific designs and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) where you can select and customize from our existing showroom collections.

How long does it take to produce a custom sample?
Technical patterns and physical samples are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days after design confirmation. 3D digital prototyping can reduce this to 72 hours for initial visual approval.
What is the standard lead time for mass production?
Our mass production lead time generally ranges from 25 to 45 days, depending on order volume and material availability. Peak seasons may require early booking.
Payments & Logistics
What are your standard payment terms?
For new partners, we typically require a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due after QC inspection and before shipment. We support T/T, L/C, and secure international wire transfers.
Can you handle international shipping and logistics?
Yes, we provide full logistics support including Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can handle EXW, FOB, and DDP terms depending on your requirements.
